A qualified Physiotherapist, Personal Trainer, Clinical Pilates Practitioner, and High-Performance Coach, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals to run stronger, further, and faster—while treating and preventing injuries along the way!
With years of experience as a physiotherapist, I have a deep understanding of biomechanics, injury management, and exercise prescription. I don’t just coach; I walk the walk, or as some may say "run the run". I understand the challenges of overcoming injury, to strive to perform at your best all while trying to maintain healthy work/life balance.
Whether you are recovering from an injury or pushing your performance to new levels, I am committed to guiding you every step of the way.

- Completed three half marathons - each half marathon faster than the last.
- Aerobic Gymnastics National Champion
- Aerobic Gymnasts Levels Athlete of the Year
- Presented to the Australian Aerobic Gymnastics Team in preparation for their World Trials on injury management and rehabilitation of gymnastic injuries
- Grown a community of over thousands of runners through the Good Moves Run Club
